Data Privacy Framework

iGaming.com (“we” or “Company”) prioritizes your privacy. For EU residents, our Data Privacy Policy (“Policy”) aims to clarify your entitlements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

To exercise your GDPR rights, please reach out to us via email at: dpo@igaming.com.

Right to Know

Individuals have the right to know the identity of our Company and affiliates, the purposes of data processing, and additional details necessary for transparent and fair data handling. This encompasses knowing the data controller’s identity, the reasons for data processing, and other relevant information.

Access Right

You have the right to receive confirmation from us regarding the processing of your personal data and, if so, access to the personal data and details on how and why we process it. Upon validating a request for access, we will furnish you, within the stipulated legal timeframe, with information including but not limited to: confirmation of data processing, a copy or description of the processed personal data, the processing purposes, and the data’s origin if not collected from you.

Right to Rectification

Should any personal data we hold about you be inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. Considering the processing purposes, you also have the right to complete any incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement. If we have disseminated incorrect data about you to third parties, you have the right to request us to inform those parties about the necessary corrections.

Right to Erasure

Under certain conditions, you can request that we delete your personal data. We must comply if:

  • the data is no longer necessary for its original purpose and there’s no new legal ground for continued processing;
  • the processing is based on your consent which you withdraw;
  • you object to our processing of your data with no overriding legitimate grounds on our side;
  • the data has been unlawfully processed; or
  • the data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation.

Should we have shared your data with third parties, you also have the right to request that we inform those parties of the erasure. The right to erasure is not absolute, and we may have grounds to refuse deletion in certain cases, such as for compliance with legal obligations or for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.

Right to Processing Restriction

If we process data based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing, you have the right to object. Despite such objection, we may continue processing if:

  • we have compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms; or
  • the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

Notification Right

Any corrections, deletions, or restrictions in data processing we carry out will be communicated to all recipients of the data, unless doing so is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Upon request, we will inform you about those recipients.

Data Portability Right

You can request the transfer of your personal data to another party, provided the data was given by you, processed automatically, and based on consent or contract fulfilment. This right does not apply to data processing that is necessary for public interest tasks or official authority exercises.

Right to Object

We may send direct marketing communications to you. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such marketing, which includes profiling as far as it is related to direct marketing.
